Director

The ability to direct is an intangible, like the ability of a pitcher to pitch, a painter to paint, or mathematician to compute, not everyone can do it although many wish to. Yes its a knack but its also hard work to keep up with it all and stay creative under pressure. It requires solid ideas from the get go that form a solid vision worth constructing. It requires the will to follow through when others may doubt what only you can see. It requires an ability to communicate to others constantly and effectively so that more people may contribute their efforts toward your vision. It requires an acceptance of your ideas becoming the root of others ideas as well.
